ISS is a telecom services company specializing in maintenance agreements for a wide array of telecommunications systems. The corporation was developed to assist clients in controlling the escalating expense of servicing and maintaining telecom technology and to leverage all the resources available in the market to assist our clients in a service situation. The ISS mission is:

  2. Provide a Preferred Vendor Network for support service under which our clients have ultimate access to the resources available during a service event.
  3. Empower clients with control over their telecom landscape with choice of service vendor.

ISS is a progressive company with a business model that allows clients to be the beneficiaries of the changes in the marketplace, reversing the current value/cost disparity experienced with traditional telecom service provider maintenance contracts.

History

For over the last decade ISS has developed relationships across the country with service groups that support numerous manufacturers of PBX equipment. These relationships have built the ISS Preferred Vendor Network. This has given Innovative Service Solutions, Inc a significant competitive advantage in providing excellent service and establishing empowerment for technology managers in an ever-changing telecommunications environment.

Innovative Service Solutions, Inc. is centrally headquartered in Kansas City with sales offices throughout the US. ISS provides service nation-wide to several Fortune 500 companies with hundreds of locations across the country. We specialize in providing a consolidated agreement that can include all locations and manufacturers into one simple co-terminus agreement.

Goals and Objectives

  • ISS provides maintenance programs to organizations to replace manufacturer service agreements for telecommunications equipment.
  • Improve overall telecommunications environment by providing service options and freeing up financial resources to be redistributed. Releases clients from single source vendor support short comings.
  • Provide access to multiple service groups' expertise through a single point contact, the ISS Preferred Vendor Network.
  • Provide stability and a clear choice in an ever-changing and confusing telecommunications market.
  • Establish one "preferred" vendor for each client out of ISS's Preferred Vendor Network. They will provide service level commitments (SLAs) comparable to having a direct vendor maintenance agreement.
